This is pretty cool, if I didn't already own this for Wii, and knowing just how amazing it is, I would totally pay at least $45 and show my appreciation. I love this game so much, I might buy another copy for my PC though.

Played the first two levels on the wii version , and that's what I think the game is worth .

I bought the game already twice for full price (PC & Wii). Any I think that I'll buy it again when it comes to iPod Touch. I don't say: Pay the full price. But pay a fair price.

Come on, the devs know what they are doing. If they wanted to make money off this promotion, they'd sell it for $1 or something. In fact, they were probably considering giving it away for free for this period. They're probably ramping up interest for a WoG 2 or something.

If the devs say you can pay anything, why are people against them for paying anything?

When I first played it I didn't enjoy it. So I'll do the same thing I did with the Radiohead album; pay 1$ up front and re-buy it again for 14$ later if I feel it's worth it.

It's a promotion - they were undoubtedly prepared for people paying only a cent. Does paypal charge for donations, though? Maybe it's different for donations.

I am sure they are probably drumming up support for the iphone version they are apparently working on along with the opportunity to make some money from it. The pay as much as you like hook is necessary to get the most attention to the deal, pay anything over a dollar is not as catchy. Sure it is a promotional thing, but they probably do hope to bring in some cash from the deal, the fact that people on a gaming website can't wait to basically brag about how they 'cheated the system' is pretty disheartening though. I mean I only paid 2 dollars to effectively format shift from Wiiware, I'm no philanthropist like some in this thread, but paying 1c is lame as far as I am concerned.

You need to have them resend it. On the thank you page there's an option to re-send the download instructions, do it.

That's great if you even were able to get to that thank you page. There seems to be no way to get back to it again from paypal or elsewhere after the first missed opportunity.

Bought it for $1.23 (USD). I already purchased it for the Wii when it first came out so I don't feel bad about paying this much.

I probably won't even play it on the PC, but it is nice to have and it gives them another dollar. Too bad it wasn't for Steam :(
