Why feel guilty? The developer is getting all of that money! Plus they're happy you're playing their game.

Some money is better than no money, especially when a product loses its spotlight.

It's an indie game, you should at least pay 50% or more of the full price. Don't be a cheap prick, this isn't Activision it's a small group who could use the money. I was happy paying full price for this back when it first came out.

was playing this again on the weekend (going for OCD, of course - i've "finished" it technically). pleasantly surprised that i'm still figuring stuff out - the OCD goals require you to do some stuff that you never need to do during the course of the normal game.

worth the points i spent on it until i realize that not having physical media is going to someday prevent me from easily playing it again.

Don't really agree with this philosophy... I'd have given them $0 if not for the ability to pay whatever I wanted, and given that ability I gave $1 instead of nothing. I played the demo and decided against buying it. It's very well-made and has a lot of personality, but didn't really appeal to me. That said, I do want to reenforce this approach to offering software, and couldn't pass up the chance to give it another shot for next to free.

Guys, please don't pay just 1 cent for it. They get charged 30 cents for the transaction fee at a minimum for paypal, so you're costing them money, I think. Please pay a fair value for the game!

It ends Oct 19th. It's a low cost marketing program designed to reignite interest in the game through word of mouth. They're hoping the window of interest will generate some extra revenue up to and hopefully beyond the deadline through word of mouth.
